Elan has a long history of great race skis (see Ingemar Stenmark) and innovation in shape (see Parabolic). The 888 has been a shop favorite for a couple years. It’s a smooth and powerful ski that will plow through anything. If you’re not quite up to the 888, check out the new 777. It’s a fun and forgiving mid fat that is damp but quick. Our ladies really like the Mo’ Spice. It’s a nimble twin that’s fun all over the hill. For a bigger ski, the Free Spice is great; a user friendly fattie that’s surprisingly agile.
